Why we use it

We use contact details only to reply to your enquiry. We use career details only to consider your application. We use server logs only for security and operation of the site. We do not use these forms for marketing.

Cookies

This website is not set up to use advertising cookies. A session or security cookie may be used so the site can function. We do not drop marketing cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of that correspondence. Recruitment data is kept only for that recruitment, and then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Sharing

We share personal data only with the email and hosting providers who process it for us for the purposes above, or if the law requires disclosure. We do not authorise them to use it for their own marketing.

Your choices

You may withdraw consent, or ask for correction or deletion, by writing to info@jatiasteel.com. For a job application, you may also write to administration@jatiasteel.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done on a lawful basis. We may refuse a request where the law requires us to retain the data.

Children

This website is not meant for children. Do not send us a child’s personal data through these forms.

Updates

We may update this notice by posting a new version on this page.
